Ed with Dream Vacations (All Service Travel) was extremely helpful in planning my 60th birthday vacation to Aruba. He helped make my decision on the destination since I wanted a safe place for me and my daughter to travel to and handled all of the details from airport transfers to booking other tours while we were there. Ed Dombrowski was the most conscientious, accommodating, kind and professional travel agent I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to help us with several potential problems related to medical issues that may have affected our trip. He took care of everything kept on top of us to have forms filled out, plane reservations, check in, seating and so much more. We even had an issue with what we thought was lost jewelry after arrival in Aruba. He responded quickly to my email, contacted airlines and airports. Debs jewelry fell out in the car so crisi averted! I felt safe and confident with him every step of the way. I will use him again for future plans. He is an asset to your company.

We are so grateful for our travel agent, he made our vacation flawless. He didn't miss any details, set up flights,transportation, excursions, hotel stay and our cruise.He answered every question we had with a smile,and was available during our vacation for any questions we had as well.
